Since this item is entirely handmade and made to order, exchanges and returns are not accept. 

Refunds are only possible before the order is processed, within the first 24 hours after it is placed. All bank fees are your responsibility.

BUT If the product was damaged during shipping, or if you find that it does not match the advertised design, has defects, or is missing parts, please contact us via chat in the lower right corner of the website, contact form or email to resolve the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

Since each set is entirely handmade, there may be slight variations, such as the placement of decorative elements or the appearance of certain designs, depending on the length selected. Usually, these differences are barely noticeable.
